A brand new, one-of-a-kind product on the market, changing the gluing game!
Glue Grit does NOT:

Leave voids in glue joint
Appear visibly in the dried glue joint
Stain, bleed into, or otherwise discolor the wood
Dull saw blades, chisels or other tools

Glue Grit is a glue additive product that helps keep wood aligned and prevents slippage during clamping.
Glue Grit works in the same concept as sand on an icy sidewalk by having particulates that are fractured and are therefore angular that "dig into" the wood and increase friction between the boards.
After applying glue to the wood as you normally would, sprinkle a small, uniform amount of Glue Grit onto the wet glue then clamp normally.
Glue Grit is superior for several reasons. Salt particulates can be large and create voids within the glue joint. Salt can dissolve and compromise the structural integrity of the joint. Sand particulates are rounded and can act more like a bearing surface, while Glue Grit has angled particulates that increase friction between the boards. Glue Grit particles are also smaller than sand or salt and will not leave voids, resulting in wood on wood contact within the joint.
